Participation in the first International Symposium of Luxor (Egypt), bringing together artists from 25 countries. Representing Morocco, Younes Khourassani produced works that are now part of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture collection.
In 2008, Younes Khourassani was invited to participate in the first International Symposium of Luxor in Egypt, an event gathering artists from 25 countries. Selected to represent Morocco, he took part in a major artistic and cultural experience, set within an exceptional historical context at the heart of one of the most significant sites of human civilization. The symposium provided a space for creation, exchange, and confrontation of practices, where each artist was invited to develop work in dialogue with an environment deeply charged with memory. Within this context, Younes Khourassani created several works aligned with his artistic research on matter, gesture, and transformation, drawing from the symbolic power and historical depth of the site.
